When you request a quote or book service we collect your name, service address, phone number and email address. If you pay online, payment details are handled by our payment processor — we never store card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and perform service, send appointment reminders and receipts, and answer questions about your account. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, you may receive service reminders and account notifications by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; opting out does not cancel your service.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses basic analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
